Keystone CompControl was a former network of workers' compensation advisor firms. Each advisor was committed to helping employers bring down their workers' comp expenses.
The Certified WorkComp Advisor and Master WorkComp Advisor designations are reserved for those who have shown their competence and passed a test given by the Institute of WorkComp Professionals in Asheville, North Carolina. David Leng holds the Master WorkComp Advisor (MWCA) designation.
The work continues
The network is no longer active, but the work it focused on is still how we approach workers' comp:
- Finding premium audit overcharges
- Finding incorrect or mismanaged experience mods
- Changing hiring practices that miss applicants with a workers' comp claim history
- Arranging medical care that gets the employee back on the job sooner
- Finding open claims that should be closed
- Setting up a return to work program

Where the Employer Success Program comes in
It starts with a Diagnostic and Plan. We read your loss runs, your mod worksheet and your key contracts, and we talk with the people who run the work. You get the pattern behind your claims and a short list of what's worth fixing first.
From there our claims, HR, safety and fleet people work alongside yours, and you get a Score Card at the start and every year after, measured against your own starting point.

Tell me what's going on. I read these myself and reply within two business days. If there's nothing worth fixing, I'll tell you that too.
