So, you want to reduce your premium?

Insurance is based on the principle of someone taking on your risk in exchange for money, also known as a premium. You may have been told your premium is based on your sales, your payroll, or how many vehicles you have. That is only part of the equation. Those are just the exposures.

Your premium = your exposures x rates x credits, surcharges and modifiers

You control the exposures. The underwriter controls the rates you pay. And the rates and credits an underwriter uses are not set in stone. They are based on what the underwriter perceives your risk to be.

Put simply, more risk means more premium.

More quotes will not get you there

Getting more quotes on your insurance is not going to deliver the premium reduction you want. To really reduce your premium, you need to make your company more attractive to insurance companies. That means improving your risk profile.

Through our Risk Profile Improvement Process™, we help you identify, design and build a better profile, and with it a lower premium.

Where the Employer Success Program comes in

It starts with a Diagnostic and Plan. We read your loss runs, your mod worksheet and your key contracts, and we talk with the people who run the work. You get the pattern behind your claims and a short list of what's worth fixing first.

From there our claims, HR, safety and fleet people work alongside yours, and you get a Score Card at the start and every year after, measured against your own starting point.

Tell me what's going on. I read these myself and reply within two business days. If there's nothing worth fixing, I'll tell you that too.
